Photo: Disclosure The Federation of Agriculture and Livestock of Mato Grosso (Famato) received, this week, a delegation of businesspeople and investors interested in deepening their knowledge of agribusiness data in Mato Grosso and discussing commercial relations between India and Mato Grosso. In addition to the visit to Famato, the group is taking part today in the event “Doing Business with India”, offered by the Federation of Industries of the State of Mato Grosso (Fiemt) and the Brazil-India Chamber of Commerce. Famato is a partner in the initiative. The president of Sistema Famato, Vilmondes Tomain, welcoming the group, pointed out the need to further strengthen the productive sector in Mato Grosso and boost commercial exchange between Brazil and the Asian country. On the occasion, the Regional Development manager of the Mato Grosso Institute of Agricultural Economics (Imea), Vanessa Gasch, presented an overview of the agricultural market in the state. The meeting is an offshoot of the International Technical Mission Asia 2023, in which the president of Famato, Vilmondes Tomain, played a fundamental role. The following are part of the delegation: Guilherme Mota - IBCC; Rodrigo Galvão - Qatar; Daniel Franco Parreiras - FDC; Anderson and Leonardo Murati - Legrax; Marcus Mandacaru, Flávio and Paulo - TSX; Nuno Martins and Paulo Salvador - GPM; Marcelo Guerreiro and Felipe Samico - Crucial Capital; and Marcel Daltro and Athena Campos - NWGROUP. The Famato System also included the director of Institutional Relations, Ronaldo Vinha, the legal manager, Rodrigo Bressane, and the Imea manager, Vanessa Gasch.
